CV boot clamp on driver side outer boot has never seated properly since it was replaced in August of 2004 resulting in grease splatter. Aftermarket replacement boot was determined to be made out of a harder compound rubber that would not seat properly in to the groove on the joint. Audi dealer replaced with OEM boot. Fixed.
